Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all Playboy hangtags and labels are still attached.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
